Core Responsibilities

Evaluate existing IBP practices, identify key gaps, and develop a roadmap for process enhancements.

Lead and coordinate the monthly IBP cycle, ensuring alignment across demand forecasts, supply capabilities, and financial targets.

Maintain governance over IBP tools, processes, cadence, and performance indicators.

Facilitate executive-level planning reviews and master business review sessions.

Champion improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and scenario-based planning.

Proactively surface risks and opportunities to support transparent and forward-thinking decision-making.

Align tactical supply chain planning with broader strategic objectives.

Work closely with finance, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure business alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).

10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, IBP, or S&OP, ideally within manufacturing or consumer goods.

Deep knowledge of planning systems (e.g., Relex), ERP solutions, and data analytics tools.

Strong background in leading complex planning processes and managing stakeholder relationships.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.

Proven ability to drive change and implement new processes with lasting impact.
