Director of Financial Reporting (Real Estate / CPA / GAAP) - Grapevine, Texas

Our client is searching for a qualified candidate to fill a Director of Financial Reporting role. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate and is a CPA or CPA candidate.

This person will be responsible for:

• Overseeing financial statements.
  
• Ensures all entries, transactions, and accounts are properly consolidated.
  
• Stays on top of trends and changes in reporting requirements.
  
• Communicates with external auditors/accounting firms.
  
• Ensures that reports, filings, and documentation are compliant with company regulations.
  
• All other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting.
  
• CPA or CPA candidate.
  
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
