Our client is searching for a qualified candidate to fill a Director of Financial Reporting role. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate and is a CPA or CPA candidate.
This person will be responsible for:
- Overseeing financial statements.
- Ensures all entries, transactions, and accounts are properly consolidated.
- Stays on top of trends and changes in reporting requirements.
- Communicates with external auditors/accounting firms.
- Ensures that reports, filings, and documentation are compliant with company regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting.
- CPA or CPA candidate.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
