Country Manager (Construction / French / Haiti)

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
  
• Implement effective processes to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
  

• Take charge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the Caribbean region.
  
• Implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and sustainability.
  

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, partners, and local communities.
  

• Lead and inspire a diverse team, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  
• Provide guidance and mentorship to enhance team performance.
  

• Identify potential risks associated with operations in Haiti and develop mitigation strategies.
  
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and industry standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Construction, Engineering, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  
• Proven track record in operations management, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  
• Understanding of the Francophone Caribbean business environment.
  
• Financial acumen, budget management, staff training and logistics management experience.
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  
• Previous experience in a hardship environment
  
• Fluent in French and English, Spanish is a plus
