Cost Accountant (Real Estate / Construction / Hybrid) - Hobe Sound, FL

• Analyze costs, expenses, and budgets to ensure accuracy 
  
• Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for efficiency improvement 
  
• Conduct variance analysis 
  
• Assist with audits 
  
• Understand and comply with GAAP for financial statements 
  
• Monitor project costs and compare with budget 
  
• Participate in the development of annual budgets
  
• Manage inventory
  
• All other duties as assigned
