Requirements
- Bilingual English-Spanish
- Professional in mechanical, industrial,
electrical, or related engineering careers, or business management - 5+ years of experience leading commercial operations teams in marine motors
- Ability to develop effective relationships
- Leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills,
- Be able to prioritize and balance workload
- Knowledge
of marine equipment such Cat, Wartsila
