We are seeking a skilled Controller to
oversee the financial activities and ensure the integrity of our client's financial
reporting. The Controller will play a crucial role in managing the financial
processes, providing strategic insights, and implementing best practices to
support the company's continued success.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including
accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements,
budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard
company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to
support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize
financial performance and drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor accounting staff to foster a
high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Minimum
of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management
roles.
- Proficiency
with NetSuite ERP system is required.
- Strong
analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented
with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
