The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding our financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures
•
Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's accounting operations
•
Prepare and submit timely monthly financial statements
•
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
•
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
•
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
•
Provide financial leadership to the management team and work closely with the CFO to identify inefficiencies
Requirements
•
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
•
3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
•
Proven working experience as a Controller
•
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
•
Experience with creating financial statements
•
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
•
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
•
Ability to work with large amounts of data, to interpret financial records, to detect and correct errors
•
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
