manage the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, encompassing
balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Guarantee adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles (GAAP) and other pertinent regulations.
Conduct routine financial analyses, offering informed
recommendations to enhance overall financial performance.
Establish and uphold robust financial controls and
procedures aimed at safeguarding company assets.

Requirements
- An ability to empower, manage and develop your team
- Ability and confidence to present to important company stakeholders
- US GAAP and reporting experience
- 5+ Years of Real Estate Accounting Experience Required
