RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Construction Inspector you will have the opportunity to:

Work on Ground up constructions sites
Inspect homes under construction
Verify policies and make sure goals are being met
Ensure energy performance meets the requirements (local, state and national)

Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of home building or construction inspection experience

Preferable but not required

HERS certification

IRC Certification

Energy Certification
