Currently looking for a commercial estimator in the roofing industry with a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Ideally, this candidate has strong analytical and problem solving skills.

The Commercial Roofing Estimator will:
- Provide quality estimating services and proposals
- Coordinate full estimating services on large and complex projects
- Develop relationships with owners, contractors, suppliers and new customers in target markets
- Schedule and attend construction site visits and meetings
- Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc
- Review contracts for accuracy in price and scope
- Review Notice to Procced letters (NTP), and contracts for scope and price accuracy
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to compile project notes, RFI’s, and scope development
- Work with Project Managers to perform project hand-offs and resolve disputes with clients
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
3+ years of experience in
- Commercial roofing
- Tile, shingle, and metal roofs
- Familiarity with Fort Myers area preferred
