Commercial Estimator (Fort Myers / Roofing / Commercial / Residential)

• Provide quality estimating services and proposals 
  
• Coordinate full estimating services on large and complex projects 
  
• Develop relationships with owners, contractors, suppliers and new customers in target markets
  
• Schedule and attend construction site visits and meetings 
  
• Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc
  
• Review contracts for accuracy in price and scope
  
• Review Notice to Procced letters (NTP), and contracts for scope and price accuracy
  
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to compile project notes, RFI’s, and scope development
  
• Work with Project Managers to perform project hand-offs and resolve disputes with clients
  
• Performs other related duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• Commercial roofing 
  
• Tile, shingle, and metal roofs  
  
• Familiarity with Fort Myers area preferred
