Main Responsibilities
- 
Prospect and secure new business opportunities across priority sectors (utilities, oil & gas, mining, industrial manufacturing). 
- 
Design and execute commercial strategies to meet growth objectives across the region. 
- 
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. 
- 
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract signing. 
- 
Develop client proposals in collaboration with technical, operations, and finance teams. 
- 
Stay informed about energy market dynamics and trends, including thermal and renewable technologies. 
- 
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals in both English and Spanish. 
- 
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM tools like Salesforce. 
- 
Promote a consultative sales approach by aligning customer needs with tailored energy offerings. 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in energy sales or project-driven commercial environments.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong grasp of the energy landscape in Colombia and the Caribbean.
- Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and business communications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution delivery.
