This role offers a fantastic opportunity to delve deeper into the recruiting and staffing industry within a supportive and engaging environment, with a clear and attainable path to earning $75-$100k+ in the first full year.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 1+ years of sales experience or a minimum of 6+ months of full desk recruiting experience. This person will be adept at developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and actively sourcing, identifying, and guiding candidates through the placement process.
Strong organizational skills are essential for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients and candidates. The successful candidate will be dedicated to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new leads and clients through proactive business development efforts
- Identify and qualify candidates to match open job opportunities
- Maintain a pipeline of eligible clients and candidates for open positions
- Engage in heavy phone communication
