Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish / Sales / Recruiting) - West Palm Beach, Florida

We are a fast growing staffing firm with international reach looking to hire a bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter. This is an ideal opportunity to dive deeper into the recruiting and staffing industry in a supportive and fun environment all the while having a clear and realistic path to earning $75-$100k+ in the first full year.

 
The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of sales experience or at least 6+ months of full desk recruiting experience.  This individual will need to be comfortable working on developing business opportunities with new clients and managing existing relationships as well as actively searching, identifying, and guiding candidates through the placement process.

This person must have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and candidates.  You should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. 

·       Find and acquire new leads/clients through business development efforts

·       Identify and qualify candidates to match with open job opportunities

·       Maintain pipeline of eligible clients and candidates for open positions

·       Heavy phone use

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience experience
  
• Written/Oral Spanish Proficiency

• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
