with international reach is looking to hire a bilingual, Spanish-speaking Recruiter. This is an ideal opportunity to learn about the
recruiting and staffing industry in a supportive and fun environment all while
having a clear and realistic path to earning $100k+ in the first full year.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on
developing business opportunities with new clients and managing existing
relationships. This individual will also search, identify, and guide candidates
through the placement process.
This person should have excellent organizational skills in
order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and candidates.
Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned
quotas.
· Maintain and develop pipeline of
eligible clients and candidates for open positions
· Heavy phone us to qualify clients and
candidates
· Meet weekly quotas related to calls
and emails
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Written/Oral Spanish Proficiency
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and
interpersonal skills - Experience working with Microsoft
Office suite - High-energy and passion
