The Accounting Manager embodies the heart of a firm’s
financial operations. In this position, you will lead the charge in sculpting the
firm’s financial destiny and you will also need to be familiar with accounting
standards to make sure the firm is GAAP compliant. Your responsibilities will
include overseeing a team of accountants, preparing financial reports, budgeting,
and analyzing the firm’s financials. This is a full-time, direct position with

Requirements
Progressive accounting and
finance experience, with managerial roles
Profound knowledge of GAAP
Strong leadership skills
Effective management of multiple
priorities within a dynamic environment
CPA or CMA designation,
preferred
Previous experience as an accountant in the construction
