Accounting Manager (CPA / Finance / Accountant / Agriculture / Dallas)

• Conduct in-depth account analysis and reconciliation of sub-ledgers and general ledgers.
  
• Collaborate in the review of purchasing and sales processes.
  
• Evaluate business processes to bolster control and efficiency.
  
• Maintain and update accounting journals, ledgers, and other records in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
  
• Collaborate with the operations team to offer insightful analysis of key performance indicators.
  
• Provide support for both internal and external audit processes
  
• Coordinate and manage corporate reporting requirements.
  
• Assist in Fair Value and derivatives accounting to support weekly reporting.
  
• Oversee and support accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
  
• Work in conjunction with tax consultants to ensure smooth coordination of tax filings.
  
• Fulfill other responsibilities as designated.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in accounting or finance
  
• 10+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience
  
• CPA certification
  
• Proficiency in optimizing and automating accounting processes
  
• SAP experience is a plus
