GateSource HR Recruitment is partnering with a market leader in the agribusiness with operations in multiple countries.
To support its growth, we are looking for a seasoned Accounting Manager to join their team in Dallas, TX ; where their accounting expertise will be used to assure accuracy and analysis of financial statements.
Role Overview:
- Conduct in-depth account analysis and reconciliation of sub-ledgers and general ledgers.
- Collaborate in the review of purchasing and sales processes.
- Evaluate business processes to bolster control and efficiency.
- Maintain and update accounting journals, ledgers, and other records in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to offer insightful analysis of key performance indicators.
- Provide support for both internal and external audit processes
- Coordinate and manage corporate reporting requirements.
- Assist in Fair Value and derivatives accounting to support weekly reporting.
- Oversee and support accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
- Work in conjunction with tax consultants to ensure smooth coordination of tax filings.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as designated.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in accounting or finance
- 10+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience
- CPA certification
- Proficiency in optimizing and automating accounting processes
- SAP experience is a plus
