Manage daily payroll and treasury operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Assist Treasury with bank reconciliations and setups for employee benefit vendors.
Address inquiries regarding payroll procedures.
Support system testing and HR/payroll implementations as needed.
Process manual checks, voids, stop pays, and payroll adjustments.
Collaborate with HR and Benefits departments to resolve payroll issues.
Uphold internal controls to apply policies and procedures effectively.
Ensure accurate G/L mapping between accounting and HR/payroll systems.
Execute payroll processing tasks promptly and accurately, including funding preparation, reconciliations, and report distribution.
Support Controller in managing payroll journal entries and routine accruals.
Conduct audit reviews to verify payroll data accuracy.
Review payroll adjustment requests for compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
At least three years of experience in payroll administration.
Strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
Proficiency with platforms such as Paycom and/or Workday.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
