Job Description

Lead and direct the commercial activities related to the sale of products and services, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives, business growth, sustainability, profitability, marketing development, and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for products, spare parts, and services to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify, develop, and consolidate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Visit clients and manage customer interactions to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze and present reports on profitability, budgets, sales, expenses, and customer service to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Establish strategies to improve profitability and position the organization as a preferred provider of products, equipment, and services.
  • Lead marketing, advertising, and brand positioning initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Promote a positive work environment and support training and development programs for team members


Requirements

Education:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Additional Studies (Preferred):

  • Specialization in Finance, Marketing, Administration, or Financial Analysis.

Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years in similar roles or leadership positions in related areas.
