Your role :
You will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of construction equipment to ensure availability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics (mechanical, hydraulic, onboard electronics)
- Troubleshoot complex or critical failures
- Carry out major repairs (engine, transmission, hydraulic systems)
- Conduct root cause analysis and propose sustainable solutions
- Use manufacturer diagnostic tools
- Ensure proper reporting and follow-up of interventions
- Act as a technical interface with manufacturer support teams
- Comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements
Education & experience:
- Vocational diploma to Associate degree in construction equipment, agricultural machinery, or heavy vehicles maintenance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with construction equipment is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license required
Technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of diesel mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Ability to read technical schematics
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools
Soft skills:
- Autonomous and detail-oriented
- Strong customer service mindset
- Team player
- Ability to work in field conditions
