A growing investment platform is seeking an experienced Investor Relations and Business Development professional to support the expansion of its fund distribution efforts.
This role is focused on raising capital, developing and managing investor relationships, and promoting investment strategies to a global audience. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with prospective investors, and strengthening the firm’s market presence.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and investment teams to position strategies effectively and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead capital raising efforts across targeted investor segments
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional and professional investors
- Promote the firm’s funds and investment strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
- Maintain and expand a strong investor network
- Collaborate with internal teams to support fundraising initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fund marketing, investor relations, or capital raising (Hedge Fund, Asset Manager, Investment Bank Capital Introduction, or Placement Agent)
- Established network of potential investors
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on business development
- High level of autonomy and ability to operate independently
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in multiple languages is a strong advantage
