Key Responsibilities

Identify and capture new business opportunities in core sectors (utilities, oil & gas, mining, industrial manufacturing).

Develop and implement regional commercial strategies aligned with growth targets.

Establish and strengthen relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.

Lead opportunities through the complete sales process, from prospecting to contract execution.

Collaborate with technical, operations, and finance teams to craft client-specific proposals.

Monitor energy market trends, including thermal and renewable solutions.

Deliver impactful presentations and proposals in both English and Spanish.

Ensure CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) are consistently updated with accurate data.

Apply a consultative sales approach to align client needs with customized energy offerings.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- 10+ years of experience in energy sales or energy-related projects/solutions.
- Strong client network and established relationships with key market players.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and adept in consultative selling.
- Ability to manage the sales cycle effectively, using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Skilled in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional business correspondence (in both languages).
- Proven ability to develop, secure approval for, and execute sales strategies and budgets.
- Familiarity with both thermal and renewable energy markets.
