Lead and direct the commercial activities related to the sale of products and services, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives, business growth, sustainability, profitability, marketing development, and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for products, spare parts, and services to achieve business objectives.
- Identify, develop, and consolidate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Visit clients and manage customer interactions to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Analyze and present reports on profitability, budgets, sales, expenses, and customer service to ensure financial targets are met.
- Establish strategies to improve profitability and position the organization as a preferred provider of products, equipment, and services.
- Lead marketing, advertising, and brand positioning initiatives to strengthen market presence.
- Promote a positive work environment and support training and development programs for team members
Requirements
Education:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Additional Studies (Preferred):
- Specialization in Finance, Marketing, Administration, or Financial Analysis.
Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years in similar roles or leadership positions in related areas.
