GateSource HR is seeking an experienced Gold Project Director with experience in Tailings Recovery to lead the development, commissioning, and operational ramp-up of a large-scale gold tailings reprocessing facility.The role is dedicated exclusively to the reprocessing of tailings through gravity recovery and CIL/CIP circuits, without involvement in conventional mining activities. It is responsible for accelerating plant ramp-up, advancing environmental remediation objectives, and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient gold recovery operations.

Lead commissioning and operation of a gold tailings reprocessing plant.

Optimize gravity and CIL/CIP circuits to maximize recovery and performance.

Ensure safe, stable, and environmentally compliant operations.

Oversee remediation programs and regulatory coordination.

Manage OPEX/CAPEX with focus on efficiency and risk reduction.

Drive operational excellence through digital monitoring and continuous improvement.
